Hiya Folks,
It almost looks like I abandoned this site with its last major news item being "merry chirstmas". For a minute there, I did abandon dear ol' FergyTech. I came to the realization that I evolve as the Internet does due to my profession and natural love for techie stuff.
This site was becoming a bit out-dated to me and I didn't know what to do. I finally got into Web 2.0, Wordpress, Social networks (other than MySpace), and content management systems (besides Joomla). Well for a minute there I was going to switch to Wordpress (www.fergytech.com), but Joomla has come out with a new version of their CMS and it has a lot of great admin features. So; FergyTech has been revived and I'm not going to replace it with Wordpress.
So; look for a new design (XHTML/CSS) for FergyTech soon and hopefully a smooth transition to the latest Joomla version.

Hi All,
To anyone that is following this site, we had some down time, but it's all fixed. To sum it up, I didn't pay the bill for the domain name FERGYTECH.NET. So; my registrar removed that domain from my list and I couldn't renew it anymore. I contacted them and I finally got it taken care of. In the mean time - I went ahead and registered FERGYTECH.COM and started to create another content management system (WordPress). But it probably won't get used now - we'll see what becomes of it!

From the Ferguson clan in Georgia to Nicholas Nelson in Florida, we want to wish you a HAPPY BELATED BIRTHDAY!!!! Sorry we missed it. My excuse is I had two calendar events and I got a reminder, but I thought it was a duplicate, but it wasn't. The other reminder was Google Calendar telling me it was your birthday. I totally blew it! We'll be down this weekend though! I hope you had a great birthday!

This update is a bit late, but "better later than never!" I've been playing with uploading videos on this site (linking through YouTube) and I haven't really figured out what route to take. So far; I've created a "Our VIDs" section on the right-hand side of the site. More to come, but not really!
